  • "User Content" refers to all content submitted, posted, uploaded, published, or transmitted on or through the AurketPro platform by any user, including but not limited to photographs, profile information, descriptions, requests, reviews, and messages.

Eligibility

  • To use The AurketPro Marketplace Platform, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. You may not allow persons under the age of 18 to request or receive calls, or services from Third-Party Providers on your behalf.
  • In some cases, you may be required to provide proof of age, identity, or other form of identification in order to access or use the Services. If you refuse to provide proof of age, identity, or other form of identification, you may be denied access to or use of the Services.
  • You must be the legal homeowner, authorized renter, or decision maker when scheduling or agreeing to 3rd party inspections and, or services.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding you, the" User" or contact personnel and condition and owned areas of property, including a valid phone number.

Listings of Third Party Professionals on the AurketPro platform may contain links to affiliated companies and other businesses that offer services, software, or sell products. If you decide to purchase any of these products or services, you will be transacting directly with these third parties, not with AurketPro.com. AurketPro holds no responsibility for evaluating or guaranteeing the offerings of these businesses or individuals, including the content on their websites. We also do not assume liability for the actions, services, products, or any content provided by these third parties. AurketPro LLC verifies the legal operations, such as operational, state registration, or licensing documents, of third-party professionals upon sign-up. However, it does not conduct background checks on the businesses, individual professionals, or their hired employees. The presence of a professional, merchant, or any other third party on the AurketPro platform does not imply endorsement or verification by AurketPro. AurketPro does not endorse or recommend the products, services, or other offerings of any professional, merchant, or third party featured on the platform, including Live Matches, Curated Matches, and Best Match Suggestions. AurketPro does not provide any warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content posted on the platform by any individual or entity. Curated Matches

AurketPro LLC offers curated matches through live service matching performed by our employees, including Customer Service Representatives, Dispatchers, Sales Representatives, and others. These matches are based on the information provided by the customer at the time of receiving the content or call. It is important to note that AurketPro LLC shall not be held responsible for any damages, losses, or negative consequences that may arise from the information provided by the customer during the matching process. By utilizing AurketPro LLC's live service, you agree to waive your right to pursue any and all legal matters against AurketPro LLC, its employees, and representatives for any issues or disputes that may arise from the curated matches provided.

Same-Day Service Request

In instances such as smelling or seeing smoke, electrical or unseen fires, downed power lines, gas leaks, unclear odors, extreme flooding, and other extreme or life-threatening situations, it is crucial that you contact 911 or the appropriate emergency services for immediate assistance. You understand and agree that AurketPro LLC is not an emergency service provider and therefore will not be held responsible for any damages or consequences resulting from emergency situations. By utilizing AurketPro LLC's services, you waive your right to pursue any legal action against AurketPro LLC regarding emergency situations, as we explicitly state that we are not equipped to handle emergency response.

When you purchase any products or services offered by Third Party Professionals or businesses, please note that you are directly transacting with those third parties, not with AurketPro. Payments Terms

When providing your payment method information to AurketPro for its online services or to an AurketPro representative, you acknowledge and agree that AurketPro provides your payment method information with your chosen professional for the purpose of scheduling your service. Please note that AurketPro does not process your payment directly but provides the information with the Third-Party Provider who handles the payment processing. In the event of any issues with payment, including overcharges or refunds, or any other matters related to charges, you are responsible for communicating directly with the Third-Party Provider. AurketPro will not be held legally responsible for any unlawful actions or misuse of your information by the service provider or any other matters related to third-party service professionals. AurketPro shall not be liable for any damages, liability, or losses arising from or related to third-party providers.

Response Time

AurketPro LLC strives to make every effort to connect customers with service providers that align with their specific service needs. However, it is important to understand that the decision to accept and provide a quote or service rests solely with the individual service providers. Please note that unless you are purchasing a service directly with a scheduled service and time, AurketPro LLC acts as a mediator of services and is not a service provider itself. As a result, AurketPro LLC cannot be held responsible for the timely outreach or response from a service provider.

Disclaimers, Limitations and Liabilities

You understand and agree that AurketPro LLC, its live services, affiliates, investors, employees, or licensors or partners shall not be held liable for any loss of profits, use, or data, or for any incidental, indirect, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from (a) the use, disclosure, or display of your provided information, (b) your use or inability to use the service, (c) the service generally, or (d) any other interactions with us or with any other member within the network, whether based on agreement/contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, to the extent permitted by applicable law. You understand and agree that AurketPro LLC does not control, manage, or direct any third-party providers or their scheduling, services, pricing, technicians, or any other matter related to 3rd party service professionals nor shall AurketPro be liable for any damages, liability, or losses regarding 3rd party providers. These third-party providers are not agents, apparent agents, ostensible agents, or employees of AurketPro LLC. AurketPro does not control, endorse, or take responsibility for any user or third-party content available on or linked to by the services. AurketPro cannot and does not represent or warrant that 3rd party provider websites, apps, or any software outside of aurketpro.com is free of viruses or other harmful components. Indemnification
