By signing up as a seller and using AurketPro’s mobile applications, website services, or any software provided by AurketPro, you are engaging with AurketPro’s provider services. These services are operated by AurketPro LLC. By registering or using AurketPro services, you and all individuals associated with your account (including members of your company) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and any other agreements referenced below (collectively, the "Terms" or the "Agreement"). These Terms create a legally binding agreement between you and AurketPro LLC. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue or cancel your use of AurketPro’s platform. We strongly recommend reviewing these Terms thoroughly. Your use of our software or services signifies your acceptance of these Terms. These Terms and conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Welcome to AurketPro.com, an online and live marketplace platform operated by AurketPro LLC, also known as AurketPro.com. Our platform facilitates your business in posting services and engaging in online sales. Additionally, we connect you with customers who have consented to share their information for the purpose of obtaining pricing, scheduling, and other services you may offer. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AurketPro Marketplace Platform, as well as any associated content or services (collectively referred to as the "Services"). The Services are provided within the United States and its territories by AurketPro LLC, its subsidiaries, representatives, affiliates, officers, and directors (collectively referred to as "AurketPro"). It is crucial that you review these Terms thoroughly to understand your rights and obligations when using our platform and Services. By accessing or using our platform, you confirm that you meet all necessary requirements and agree to comply with these Terms. Non-compliance with these Terms may result in restrictions on your access to and use of our Services and platform.
Eligibility
- To use our platform, you must:

- Comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Possess valid trade identification and/or licensing information.

Account Registration
- To list services on our platform, you must create an account. During registration, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Service listing
- When listing your services, you agree to:
- Accurately describe your services, including pricing, scope, and any other relevant details.
- Ensure that all content (text, images, videos) used in your service listing is owned by you or used with proper authorization.
- Avoid making false claims or misleading statements about your services.
Service Delivery
- You are responsible for:
- Delivering services as described in your listing and within the agreed timeframe.
- Communicating with clients in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolving any disputes or issues related to service delivery directly with the client.
- Any service issues reported to us through complaints, negative reviews, or other means, which are confirmed to be factual through receipts or recorded events, may lead to termination of your account.
Payment Processing via Stripe Connect
- These Provider Payment Processing Terms ("Terms") govern the use of Stripe Connect as the payment processing service for transactions conducted through AurketPro LLC ("Company"). By signing this agreement, you ("Provider") acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. 1. Payment Processing via Stripe Connect 1.1 Integration with Stripe Connect: Provider acknowledges that all transactions on the AurketPro LLC platform are processed using Stripe Connect, which facilitates payments from customers directly to the Provider.1.2 Stripe Account Requirement: Provider must create and maintain a valid Stripe Connect account to receive payments. Failure to do so may result in delays or an inability to process transactions.1.3 Direct Payouts: Upon a successful transaction, funds will be deposited directly into the Provider’s Stripe Connect account, subject to Stripe’s processing timelines and payout schedule. 2. Fees & Deductions 2.1 Processing Fees: Provider agrees that transaction processing fees set by Stripe and any applicable platform fees determined by AurketPro LLC will be deducted before payouts.2.2 Chargebacks & Disputes: In the event of chargebacks, disputes, or refunds, Provider is responsible for any associated costs as outlined by Stripe’s policies. 3. Provider Responsibilities 3.1 Compliance: Provider agrees to comply with Stripe’s terms of service, financial regulations, and any applicable tax obligations related to payouts received.3.2 Accurate Account Information: Provider must ensure that all banking and personal information linked to their Stripe Connect account is accurate and up to date to avoid payment issues. 4. Payouts & Withdrawals 4.1 Payout Schedule: Payouts will be made according to Stripe’s default schedule or as configured within the Provider’s Stripe account. AurketPro LLC does not control Stripe’s processing times.4.2 Withdrawal Process: Provider is responsible for managing their Stripe account settings, including withdrawal preferences and linked bank accounts. 5. Termination & Modifications 5.1 Suspension of Payments: AurketPro LLC reserves the right to suspend or delay payments if fraudulent activity, non-compliance, or any breach of these Terms is suspected.5.2 Agreement Updates: AurketPro LLC may modify these Terms at any time. Provider will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. 6. Acknowledgment & Acceptance By signing this agreement, Provider acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined above, including the use of Stripe Connect for payment processing and the responsibilities associated with receiving payouts.
Conduct and Prohibited Activities
- You agree to:
- Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our platform.
- Refrain from engaging in any activities that may harm or disrupt the platform, including but not limited to:
- Fraudulent or deceptive practices. Harassment or abuse of clients or other users. Unauthorized access or use of platform data.
Intellectual Property
- We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Provider/Seller Terms of Use and Conditions or engage in prohibited activities.

Background Check and License Verification Policy
Verifications and Background Checks
To be eligible to sell on the AurketPro platform, all providers are required to undergo the following verifications:
A criminal background check
A state-level background check
A business license or professional credential verification with the appropriate licensing authority
These verifications are mandatory and will be conducted annually to ensure continued compliance and to maintain your account in good standing.
Annual Reverification Requirement
All providers will be required to resubmit verification information each year as part of AurketPro’s annual background check and license verification process. You will receive a notification with instructions when it is time to begin the reverification process.
Failure to complete this annual reverification may result in temporary suspension or removal from the platform until verification is successfully completed.
License Expiration Policy
If your business or professional license expires and remains inactive for more than 90 days, your AurketPro account will be deactivated.
AurketPro will provide advance notifications before the expiration date to help you avoid service interruption.
Non-Compliance
AurketPro reserves the right to deny, suspend, or remove any provider account that fails to:
Complete the required annual background and license checks
Maintain a valid, active license with the appropriate authority
Respond to reverification or compliance requests in a timely manner
By using the AurketPro platform, you agree to comply with these verification requirements and acknowledge that continued participation is conditional upon meeting all compliance standards.
If any background check uncovers serious offenses, including harm to individuals, property damage settled in court, or behavior that suggests negligence, your account will be terminated. You will receive notice before and after termination in these cases.
Please note that if your account is terminated, you will not receive a refund for any memberships, services paid in advance, or services already provided to customers.
Ownership: You retain full ownership of the intellectual property in your service listings and content.
License: By listing your services on our platform, you grant AurketPro a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and promote your listings at any time, even if you are no longer an active member or decide to stop providing services.
Limitation of Liability
- Platform Liability: AurketPro.com and AurketPro LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, information posted live or any service you perform.
- Professional Liability: You are entirely responsible for any claims, damages, or losses arising from your services or the information posted from your account. Please ensure that you review your information daily to verify its accuracy.
Changes to Terms
- We may update these User Conditions of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our platform, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
